Changes to GetSimple CMS that need to be preserved after CMS updates

Social Media Services following  CONNECT button in Sidebar---

• Modified ./theme/Innovation/sidebar.inc.php to remove AddThis services, which are now defunct. This was the "+" button.
• Modified ./plugins/InnovationPlugin.php to change 'googleplus' (now defunct) in $services to 'atariage'. This seemed to be all that was necessary to add AtariAge to Social Media Services.
• Added ./theme/Innovation/assets/images/atariage.png for AtariAge button.

Minor change(s) to gsconfig.php.

Added favicon.ico and favicon.gif (empty).

Modified ./theme/Innovation/header.inc.php and ./theme/Innovation/style.css (extensive) to accommodate drop-down menu in header.
